• Contacting schools, public officials or the media
• Writing articles for advertising
• Fundraising (Partial list of funds listed on Donations page)
• Organizing or helping to organize various regular events or special events
• Greeting and selling meal tickets on Wednesday nights
• Selling Bingo cards on Sunday afternoons, Tuesday evenings or Wednesday evenings or calling numbers
• Join the House Committee and plan events, including, meals, decorations, advertising 
• Handyman
• Landscaping/yard work
• Visiting the sick or V.A. Hospital
• Become an Esteemed Loyal Knight or Esteemed Leading Knight (ELK)
• Donate animal hides that are turned into gloves for veterans in wheel chairs
• Join in our Flag Day services or singing Holiday carols to the vets
• Help prep/cook/serve on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Sundays
• Give us ideas on how to improve and expand our Lodge

The list goes on and on...

When you think of joining a committee, one of the Elks teams, think not only of what you can do for the Elks but what the Elks do for you, your children, your grandchildren, your extended family, the community, or the nation as a whole.

If you are willing to give us just one day a month, you WILL make a difference.  Of course, you are welcome to give us more than one day a month as your schedule permits.  No matter what point in life you are at ... "Just give me one day of your life and let me share your world..."  Andy Williams.
