*The Lodge building fund includes, but is not limited to, the maintenance of and improvements to the building,
such as repairs to the roof, electrical, plumbing, tables and chairs, kitchen equipment, bar equipment...  **As of April 2011, the cost to print and mail our Chimes newsletter is approximately $900/month.
